Information for visitors

Parking at the museum parking site is free of charge for visitors. For everyone's convenience please respect the posted signs.

Dogs may be brought but must be kept on a leash within the museum area at all times. 

Brought food may be consumed at the tables in the entry area. Place any trash in the garbage bins by the entrance building. 

Toilets for visitors can be found at the entrance area. 

Accessibility Escorts of disabled visitors may enter free of charge. Note that the VikingaTider area is large and has reconstructed Viking Age buildings that cannot fully be adapted for accessibility. Some locations may be difficult to reach in a wheelchair.
